Nov 5, around 5:00 pm. I went there to get a gift for my wifes bd but the customer service was extremely bad. The lady seems uninterested in selling anything and wasnt helpful at all. In fact i had to look around for things myself and had to pull each rack myself to see if anything clicks me. I have been to multiple Swarosku but never had this kind of an experience.

The customer service was disappointing. The representative's body language was unprofessional and dismissive. They seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. But I liked the item I bought.

The staff is rude and unwelcoming. 2/3 online shopping items were returned quickly, but I actually got yelled at by one of the staff members for asking twice about the return process clarification (my receipt showed $0 so I wasn't sure). I wanted to purchase something else in place of the 2 items I returned but both the sales assistants provided ZERO assistance. They were unwilling to show me items to try on. I ended up leaving the store right away and did not make any in store purchase. Swarovski Canada/store owner should really pay attention to such reviews.

I’ve purchased items from this location a few times and while I like my products, I don’t think I’ll return. I’ve never felt welcome here and I felt stupid when I asked questions about the products and sizing. I ended up using the website on my phone for information while shopping. I only purchased my items here because I wanted them that day, otherwise I would’ve just left and ordered online. I do think the people working here could use a refresher on customer service and product knowledge.

This Swarovski is a very good showroom at The West Mall Sherway. There are many designs in jewellary whether it be bangles, rings, bracelets, ear rings, necklaces etc. There are other home decor pieces as well. Display is very good and staff is very smiling and cordial. Overall a very nice experience.

Swarovski Sherway is my go to store for purchasing my Swarovski Figurines. I cannot thank Mary and Katherine enough for being so professional and helpful in every which way! They were both so knowledgeable in answering any questions that I had with all figurine pieces! They definitely make my shopping experience such a fun one! I would highly recommend this location for all your Swarovski shopping needs!

Some of the most incompetent people I've ever met working in a retail store. I brought in a ring that had lost a few crystals (Jan 2) and the employee Huy told me it would be ready in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks he told me it would be another week. I waited a few more weeks and was told it was repaired. As I was driving to pick it up I was called by Huy and told it hadn't even been sent out for repair??? Was told it would be sent out immediately for repair and I'd have to wait another 6 weeks. Called 4 weeks later to check the status of my ring and was told by the manager Mary that they couldn't repair my ring because there were to many crystals missing. It took pretty much 5 months to relay to me that it wasn't worth their time or money to replace the crystals that had fallen out of my ring. The manager Mary was extremely rude and unapologetic explaining this to me. The people who I've mentioned should not be in retail or customer service of any kind.

Love these stores. I got rid of all my plain pens and donated them and treated myself to a few of the beautiful, sparkly ones and have since gifted 3 of them. Guess I'll be going back for more! :)
