Its a very bad service, today I went they made me waited 15 minutes for pickup order, then after checking my ids they started requesting my signatures which is never done earlier, made me felt as I am a thief trying yo steal someone else order.

Their system won't work for the returns. Will never order online. They ask to come again but they are not sure if the returns will work again. The manager is not sure either. Never had such bad experience.

My experience at the Woodbine Suzy was wonderful, I was helped by the assistance manager Jonel, she has amazing customer service skill, her knowledge of fashion and putting an outfit together that would complement the customer is a great asset, as someone who hates shopping she made my experience so much easier, she was patients and very welcoming. Thank you for your help.

This is by far the best Suzy Shier location I have been to. Sure they all have the same styles at the various locations but the staff here really made a difference. Stephanie, the lady who helped me was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable during my shop and offered over the top help. I left with clothing options that I wouldn't think to normally try on. She encouraged me to try new things and helped me gain more confidence and I felt great after my shop. I don't normally write reviews as my experiences don't tend to be that memorable at clothing stores but she deserves this recognition. Thank you Stephanie!

OMG, the lady working at the store on Jan 2 has a PhD in rudeness. Don't understand why the store hire people who don't know how to treat people politely. Never going to this pathetic store ever.

Rude customer service, girl working on Feb 22, AM, extremely rude, yelled if I needed help, is it a crime to look, or is it because I'm browsing while black. How dare you charge 1$ per bag and not offer customers who spend money a free bag with purchase. This is a shameless cash grab by the company and you lost a sale.

Awful worst worst customer service; both females misbehaved with my parents when they came to pick up their order; there have been numerous complaints about this store's customer service; yet, the company's president has taken no action against these girls.
