Horrible, horrible experience. Our couch was supposed to be delivered end of January at the latest, or at least that's what we were told when placing the order. When following up over the phone we were told 'it should be here any day" and we'll receive a call for delivery. That was two weeks ago. Got the same response when we went in store to follow up today. Spoke to some guy who said he was the manager but he was least interested in helping us or providing a solution. Would never order furniture from here, I don't understand waiting months for a couch, it's ridiculous. And I would be fine to wait too if service was better and delivery times were more accurate, but would give zero stars if I could just for how unhelpful and clueless everyone we've interacted with has been. And I can see from other review responses that these reviews are making no difference.

Extremely poor pick up experience, on Jan 3, 2024 at 6.20 pm. The two ladies (staff) said come from the back door for pickup. When we reached there the door was open so went inside. Both of them said stand outside on the road and I told her its cold outside with 2 degrees to which she made a blank face and we ended up standing outside in the cold. We are still Structube customer and even if we ordered something online does not mean that we should be treated like this. While the front store is cozy and welcoming, the pick up process definitely needs to change. Will not buy again from Structube.

I still didn't get my bed, after 3 months wait.Terrible experience! Paid in full in October, was promised to get my bed in the middle of November. Beginning of December I called the store and they started gaslighting me that I didn't understand correctly, and it would be in stock only in the end of December or beginning of January.I have receipt and aprox in stock date wrote down on it. Now, I have to figure out what to do and where to sleep, since I was hoping to have new bed bye December for my moving.Such a scam company! Terrible experience.And when I asked what they can do about it, they said - " you can take your money back"."Amazing" customer service! The worst experience ever!

After visiting the store twice, I was disappointed at the service, not by one sales rep, but by TWO! After receiving such horrible service I approached the manger on duty at the time, to equally be dismissed. I highly recommend the Burlington location! I had a five star experience with Julien the manager and his staff! Kevin was extremely helpful after the Sherway located failed to live up to expectations of even basic common sense and checking stock at other locations to try and keep the sale within their store. Once being told that it was not available until January I asked about the floor model, which they refused to even consider selling. Not inquiring stock in any surrounding stores I took it upon myself to call. Burlington was very helpful, promptly prepared to sell the floor model or the one in stock chameleon couch in the back!! I was ecstatic. I attended Sherway location again and asked about the floor model prior to travelling to another city and supporting their store sales, only to be told so go to Burlington with a shrug of the shoulders. Anywhoooo, the store in Burlington is overall better, customer service, cleanliness, and the lighting allowed to really see the textiles, the store is larger (considerably) and allowed a better viewing of set up options! I will not just travel to Burlington even though I live across the street from Sherway. Their poor performance is a complete turn off from ever visiting that store again.

What a circus of a company. Don't let the one star fool you, this is a 0/5 review.Ordered 2 matching lamps. One was setup seamlessly. The other had a very obvious manufacturing defect - a piece of metal was lodged inside the hole that the lamp pole is supposed to be secured, so it couldn't even fit. Product is literally garbage. We haven't even got to the bad part yet.I contacted customer service for an exchange over a week ago. They communicate daily, saying "we're looking into it" without doing anything. They have asked me, on 4 separate occasions, to provide pictures/videos of the issue. I have clearly shown the issue every time, and they keep requesting more videos. As if that isn't bad enough, they stated that I would be subject to a $69 exchange fee, despite THEIR product being literal garbage. Oh and there's more. Because it doesn't look like they are going to do anything, I also started a refund process for the other (functional) lamp, since they were supposed to be matching. I just got an email saying they are denying it because it was past the 7 day return window. The kicker is that I submitted that 3 days after receiving the product, and now the 7 days has passed while awaiting their reply.Without exhaggeration, I am considering contacting the Canadian Office of Consumer Affairs. This company is downright criminal. Avoid at all costs.

I bought an item sometime ago, while using noticed that it has sharp edges and angles, and had few nearmisses at home, a clear hazard in the house. I reported the issue to this store where I bought it, thinking that they will take safety issue seriously.Rest assured they dont care, their reply was just concerned that the return policy is for 7 days and it was already expired, I never asked for return in my report.

WARNING do not order online unless your absolutely sure this is what you want. Tried to cancel order within 1 DAY of ordering. They don’t allow you to cancel and then charge you $77 to return as they will not allow you to drop off at store locations. Will not purchase from here again EVER! No customer service and terrible return policy.

Bought online dinette set. Looked like cheap products from 1987. Hard to assemble. Not recommended for people with limited strength. Returned next day and was charged 67 dollars to ship back. Oh. And the shipping window was all day.

Had a bad experience at another location in Downtown Toronto, and Structube has been a hit/miss for me in the past. Thankfully Dominic at the Etobicoke store was very helpful and he quickly rectified the issue as I was in urgent need of a lamp. He single-handedly restored my faith in Structube. Thank you!

North Queen location I went to and great furniture pieces here. So much great section that it makes me want to buy lots of pieces. I found my bed I want to buy but it is not in stock and will be arriving end of July,which is hard to handle bc my one side of bed is broken and which is was sooner. I wish this wad not the case but my gf has same bed and it looks nice and is strong and looks very glam and on sale for $600.00.It also comes with storage so thats a bonus and measured my small room and it will fit. The sales guy Dylan was very helpful.
