I went there to exchange shoe size but they didn't had the size so they reached out to other stores and got the right size delivered. They called me to pick up after they got the right shoe from another store.

I really liked this store and always bought bags and shoes here, but this time I had a very bad experience. I paid for the shoes, they said that in 2-3 days they would send my size from another store, after a week of waiting I came to the store myself, it turned out that they were no longer available. It turns out that if I hadn't come myself, I wouldn't have the shoes and the money back. So I spent 2 days and got nothing!

I usually don't write reviews, but I really felt bad for the girl who was helping me when i was there. She was really lovely and respectful and helped me and my mom to get what we wanted.We were at the register when this blonde lady came and started saying something to her, and then the girl was shocked and said to her she is not behaving professional and the blonde lady says I KNOW AND I DO NOT CARE,I was completely shocked when I heard this and the girl said nothing to her, but i could see tears in her eyes. This is awful. They really need to respect their employees.

A girl called GG helped me, She is a star! She provides a great understanding of customer service and she knows all the products and their materials! She also offered me shoe cleaners to help with specific shoe I was purchasing!However, when I was trying the shoe I saw her trying to talk to one of her co workers a blonde girl and suddenly her co worker started raising her voice at her! I was so shocked as I never saw that happening anywhere. She was shocked herself! She mentioned to the blond girl that there is a customer in the store and the blonde girl responded with I DO NOT CARE WITH AN ATTITUDE and left to the backroom!I felt so disrespected but GG apologized on behalf of the blonde girl.

Absolutely rude blond lady why we went to return a new pair of shoes to sue not firing properly and when when asked for her babe she refused to share her name and has a vet horrible attitude. When i told her i wanted to just know who the person is in returning the item to she became even more rude. Not the type of customer service attitude people sound have in retail. She was there today 7:00pm

Most terrible experience with the manager at this location, but I can see writing about it would be totally irrelevant as when I look over google, I can see this is a common occurrence and I shouldn’t be surprised. Sad that a location as nice as this has such a terrible disrespectful employee managing it. I guess Steve Madden makes enough profit to overlook poor management that seems to be the norm for this location. Definitely will never be returning to this location and would rather pay more money for cheaper shoes that to put up with that blonde bimbo that thinks she owns the store and doesn’t need to treat people with respect.

Gigi was an amazing help! Her customer service skills are great! Before she came to help me there was another girl that told me they have my size in the suede boots i was looking for. The girl went to the back room to check for my size and came back saying its so messy I cant find the boots. She told me to just buy them online. Clearly shows how lazy she was to even check properly. If you simply don’t like your job you shouldn’t be there working!! Whereas Gigi the manager took care of me so quick she brought the boots I was looking for in less than 5 minutes! Gigi your amazing! Thank you so much!!!
