Wonderful staff, very friendly & accommodating. They always remember my name as soon as I walk through the door & are willing to help with anything I need if I ask. It’s a very clean environment too which is important to me. It’s also conveniently located next to my doctor’s office.

Even though the staff is very polite, it’s frustrating and bothersome how they never have my prescriptions in stock. I can’t even think of a time where they had my medication in full at the pharmacy. It always takes me two days to get a prescription filled at this pharmacy. Staff is friendly but seem seriously unorganized.

I want to give them 200 stars! This is an incredible pharmacy. Every single aspect.
1. The staff and owners are the kindest, warmest and most decent human beings I've met in quite some time, in general.
They go out of their way for you. No matter what you need.
I had a serious illness in March. Heral spent at least 3 hours plus on the phone with me trying to determine possible issues with medication, and what illnesses it could be.
2. They have FREE delivery!
3. If they have to order a drug in, if it's not commonly prescribed, it's generally available the next day, which is extremely fast!
4. The pharmacy fee is 7 bucks less than Rexall, Shoppers, etc., ie., the big box pharmacies!
5. Lots of free parking, plus there's a great supermarket and a dollerama, so you can do a bunch of tasks while you're here!
And if you want a lotto ticket, the little convenience store sells 'em!
Plus there's a Canada Post mail box right in front of the pharmacy.
Best pharmacy around. Wonderful.
I can't say enough, and I'm there at least once a month!

Been here a few times, sooo much better than SDM or Rexall! Quick and friendly service, and open to answering questions properly without any attitude. Highly recommended to transfer all your prescriptions here!

The staff here are so helpful and quick. Unlike Shoppers, where I am always told to wait 30 minutes for something that is ready to go except for a sticker, the pharmacist at Trillium Drug Mart have me in and out in a couple of minutes. I definitely recommend.

I recently transferred over my prescriptions from Rexall and the difference in customer service is like night and day! I came across this pharmacy on my commute home and was greeted by warm and friendly staff. I had to fill my son's prescription and the prescription was ready before I even finished browsing the aisles. The pharmacist (Bik? sp?) was very friendly and knowledgeable and he took the time to make sure I knew how to use the inhaler properly. Great patient care! Highly recommend

Went to Trillium Drug Mart with my cousins discharge prescription shortly before close and received excellent service and care from the pharmacist Bikram in a timely manner. Nice and bright pharmacy and Lots of parking and great location beside Dollarama so I could pick up essentials on the same day.

I visited this new pharmacy shortly after it opened in the area and was extremely impressed by the service I received there. They filled my prescription quickly and answered all the questions I had about my new medication. Bikram, the pharmacist is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help his customers. The staff there are all very friendly and helpful. I now fill all my prescriptions here and have nothing but praise for Trillium Drug Mart. Keep up the great work!
