“I went here earlier this evening to find a Columbia winter coat on clearance. The store has an additional 50% off on top of the clearance price. I tried to find the winter coat myself but was unsuccessful. My husband asked an associate to help us find it. The associate and another employee found it! I honestly already gave up and thought somebody got it before me since there were very limited stocks. I appreciate their help, they went above and beyond! Paid at the cashier, she was friendly and reminded me regarding my Triangle Rewards that I always forget to use.”

“I visited Nike today (Aug 1st) around 1pm with my little sister who came up from out of town. I just want to highlight the amazing customer service we received from one of the males near the shoe area.( I apologize, I didn’t get the name!)
He allowed us to take our time to figure out what we really wanted instead of rushing us to buy the first pair that caught our eye. He was kind, patient and understanding of our situation. He was able to help my little sister one on one without putting her disability first which was really sweet to see.
