I can't say enough positive things about Sport Chek. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Sport Chek is my go-to store for all my shopping ?️ ? needs, and I highly recommend it to others.I found everything I was looking for at this store ?, and the prices were reasonable. The store ? was well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful.The return policy was hassle-free, which made my shopping ?️ ? experience stress-free. The store had a great selection of products, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

I just registered figure skating lessons, so I went to the store last night to buy a pair of figure skates with excitement. Arkan (if I remember his name right) helped me out with finding the right size of boots and blade guards. He has exceptional customer service skills, so he made my day! I also got free sharpening service and the technician was very kind too. He explained me all the details about different types of sharpening.

Good customer service! Purchased a pair of shoes for delivery from another store and needed to exchange them. Sherway Garden location had 2 pairs I like in stock so went there & a guy helped me, got both pairs for me to try and I took one to the checkout, did the exchange -was in & out within 5 mins. The staff is efficient & friendly.

I was struggling to place an order online so I called Sportchek Sherway Gardens and spoke with Jeff. He was so pleasant to me over the phone and super kind. He did not have what I wanted, but that I could go into the store, pay for it and he’d have it sent to me from another store. It was great to meet him in person! Way to go Jeff kudos to you! Thanks again

SportChek is a big store in Sherway Mall. It has all kind of sports garments, shoes and watches for men, women and children. The store is nicely decorated and goods display is good too. Almost all sports brands of garments and shoes have been placed here. But didn't find any good deals in this big store.

I came to get a pair of shoes and it seemed staff were going out of their way to ignore me. Even after flag an associate for assistance no one came to help so I left. I won’t be shopping here again. If they don’t want my business, that’s cool. I’ll go somewhere else.

Employee left the rfid tags on my socks and t shirts. Went back to him after security alerted me to stop and still forgot to take off all tags. Horrible experience. Never coming back.

This is a terrific store for sports gear and sports clothing. I have shopped here several times over the past few years for yoga clothes and mats; running shoes and clothes and hiking gear. I have been happy with all of my purchases.The prices are reasonable. The service is friendly and helpful.

Worst bike service. Waited 30 mins for a costumer service person in bike zone. Staff are lost in space. Weak. Ditch sportchek and shop at real local bike shops.
