very poor service and very rude, unprofessional staff!! a representative called me on Tuesday and made an appointment for my kitten for Saturday at 11.30 am. She said that they would follow up with me again by Thursday or Friday to remind and reconfirm the appointment. Also the lady said she would send me an email with their address, price lists and information which I have not received of course. Today I called them by myself to make sure I would not go anywhere for nothing tomorrow and another lady representative said that there is no any appointment booked for us, she is not the person I spoke before and she did not even care or do anything except giving an attitude!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!! TRAIN YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL CHEAP STAFF AND TEACH THEM HOW TO DEAL AND TALK TO PEOPLE!!! The service clearly shows what kind of clinic it is and what you can expect from them!!!

Money Grab.It is unethical to charge people for unnecessary services.I brought my dog in a few weeks ago because she had a rash. I also needed to get her shots. The vet told me we couldn't do the shots at this time because of the medication she received for the rash.I was told i would not have to pay for the examination again when i came in for the shots.I called today and spoke to Ashley. I informed her about this. She responded with a very negative attitude and an aggressive tone stating I had to pay the examination fee again. The wellness exam is annual, meaning its assumed it is charged every year, not every visit.I requested to speak to the manager and coincidentally they were sick for a week.On many occasions I have felt this veterinarian has pushed unnecessary costs on me when i explicitly asked not to. For example, this past summer I wanted tick and flea medication. I was going to buy individual doses because i am a student and could not afford a whole box. They wanted to charge me a 'dispensing fee' for each dose. How absurd and ridiculous is it to exploit customers with a dispensing fee? The staff would literally open a box and hand me the single item. Where else in the market do you charge customers for the act of buying the item. There was no labour as in the example of a pharmacist proportioning out specific quantities of medication for a client. If you go to shoppers and buy allergy medication, you are not charged extra for every box you buy.Beware of unethical sales techniques and practices when you are dependent on a vet to help you with your pet. Our pets are like our children. We have a large emotional bias towards our pets and can be easily manipulated by veterinarians.This office takes advantage of thier clients in this way.South Etobicoke Animal Hospital, "Dr." Tej Dhaliwal, please review your business practices and your conduct with clients. It is unethical and unprofessional to push services and fees on clients they do not want and that you have agreed not to charge them.

Very friendly warm staff. Took the time to explain why and why not. Did not push unnecessary tests like some vets do.. Very patient with my big anxious dog.

I highly recommend South Etobicoke Animal Hospital! facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a calming and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. The staff are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which is greatly appreciated as a pet owner.Not only is the hospital spotless, but the doctors and staff are truly exceptional. They are knowledgeable, caring, and always go above and beyond to provide top-notch care for our furry family members. I am grateful for the expertise and compassion that the doctors at South Etobicoke Animal Hospital consistently demonstrate.Overall, I am incredibly impressed with South Etobicoke Animal Hospital's commitment to cleanliness and the excellent quality of care provided by their doctors. I have complete confidence in entrusting the health and well-being of my pets to this outstanding veterinary clinic.

Will NEVER return here under the current ownership. The vet did not even know how to physically handle dogs! Every question we asked, they had to disappear in the back room to call someone. Got very different information from both the nurse and the vet. Our dog was in the back for over 20 minutes supposedly getting blood drawn. As our interaction continued with them we lost confidence by the minute and finally said we were going to end this visit. Went to the front to pay a $230 bill only to find out they actually didn't even do any of the tests or exam they were going to bill us for. When asked what they did back there for 20 + minutes, there were blank looks and finally said said they were on the phone with the manager. Does no one here know their job??? Lots of red flags including exam tables that still had poop and blood on them (and they stank), vet and assistant arguing in back room, vet refusing to give heartworm meds without full bloodwork (that our rescue dog had been prescribed in her home country and been taking for months - I could go on). We loved this place 6 years ago (former ownership) so very disappointed. STEER CLEAR - Something very fishy going on at this place as others have also mentioned.

I recently visited this animal hospital for a minor issue with my pet, and the staff quickly attended to us. The waiting time was minimal, and the veterinarian was thorough in examining my pet.

The staff here is amazing. The doctor explained my dogs surgery to me in detail and answered all the questions I had leaving me less nervous and worried. They are very caring and just so great. Thank you guys for all you do.
