Not sure what the male workers name is but he needs to work on his customer service skills. Such a shame they lost my business because of his rude attitude towards me and I heard him shouting at another woman with children.

Had to flag the Staff to help me, he did stood there and walked away prior to me flagging him. After he relapse from a nap he gave a somewhat good service. He looked if they have my size… LOOOOL. Kidding aside I love the fact that this store carries limited Cole Haan styles. The size 6 is passable as 5.5 with a pointy front. My best option is to go online or just go to Nordstrom when I go back to the US in a month or so.

I visited Sherway Gardens this afternoon and encountered exceptionally poor service. Throughout my time in the store, not a single employee approached me to offer assistance; instead, they congregated near the register, engaged in conversation among themselves. Customers were largely ignored, forcing me to seek help for sizes on my own. After selecting my shoes and proceeding to the register, I was given a box, but the lace broke immediately. When I requested a bag, I was shocked to be asked to pay for it after already purchasing my shoes. Frustrated, I returned the shoes for a refund and left, feeling humiliated. I noticed the staff speaking in their language, and I suspect they were discussing me and my friend. This experience was so disappointing that I will not return to that store. In contrast, I later visited The Bay, where I received excellent customer service, received my shoes, and was given a bag at no extra cost.

Walked in hoping to buy a pair of shoes but all the workers were standing by cash speaking in Hindi and didn’t even acknowledge my presence even though I was the only one in store. Not even a simple greeting. So I walked out empty handed and angrier than ever. I am so sick of businesses trying to save labour cost and evade taxes by hiring people like this… at least train them to have some common courtesy.

I went there looking for shoes for my little one. I frequently go to softmoc for shoes, however the customer service today was particularly bad. There were 3 workers at the cash speaking in their language without helping me. I had to wait awkwardly for quite some time to get help. It was extremely frustrating over hearing a conversation about chai tea while no service was provided to me. I did not purchase anything and went to little burgundy instead where i was in and out in less than 10 mins. I was greeted and helped quickly. The workers there was extremely personable and kind.

I always enjoyed my shopping at Softmoc, salesperson are knowledgeable and good sale, easy to find the shoes when browsing around and earning points for discounts.

Ridiculous. Boxing Day and all the staff working are just up at the cash register staring you dead in your face knowing your looking for help. You can’t even tell the staff apart from the customers. Literally everyone at the cash register and that was 6 individual employees. Took my service elsewhere. Not even teenagers working and still no good hospitality. Customer service is horrible. And I’ve worked retail over 10 years. Ridiculous
