Very good grocery store. Could use a bit more organic selection, worst thing is the parking lot. There are many businesses in this parking lot and there is only one area to leave and exit which causes significant congestion.

Better not to buy meat here, especially ground beef: they add so much water (!!!) to increase the weight. This is unacceptable practice for a big supermarket chain.
Beware of their Hot food corner (see my photo with comments). They are selling mashed potatoes for $13.67! Quite outrageous.
Only BBQ chicken is good.
Fresh produce is okay although not always fresh, prices are average but they have weekly specials etc
Fish& seafood is expansive...

I am local to this Sobeys, therefore a little biased. It’s by far my favorite! They have the best produce and never short on anything. The staff are super nice and there’s always plenty of parking. I love this place!
