So upset with Zaniq who stated ‘I hope you came here shopping for a mattress today n not just to use my washroom!’.. …how rude n jaw dropping,…upon my leaving I stated I’ll keep shopping n may return n this was his snarly comment!. I’ll NOT be back Zaniq or Sleep Country. There are many other stores that sell mattresses n box springs.Upon leaving I shared my story briefly with a couple entering n at 5:30 I shared it with 40 others in a zoom! Word of mouth advertising is important…..think Zaniq. .

Dave was so amazing in helping me secure the right mattress at a great price! He was very quick and responsive to deal with and was very direct in answering my questions, which I appreciated so much as I needed a new mattress delivered to my home in under a week and felt stressed about the tight time crunch. Dave made my stresses go away and I will definitely be coming back here again!

overpriced trash that sags in less than one year, essentially waste of time and waste of money. trash quality service as well in your face the moment you walk in. fake friendly demeanor to get you to feel comfortable to close the deal faster. would be better if you just sit in your stupid chair and not approach me at all till I make my intentions clear that I'm interested in speaking to u. booooo! Uber lame

My wife and I bought a king size Sealy mattress and boxsprings from this location last November. The sales person was Ahmed, the mattress is good. However, recently just learned that my buddy’s family member bought the same mattress at a different location with a way lower price…….I paid $1525 but they only paid $1100…… I bought my mattress Ahmed promised me lowest price in 100 days, I feel being scammed!

Very happy with the service at Sleep Country Queensway. I got a Bloom River mattress and bamboo memory foam pillow and I love them both. My first sleep on my new bedding was amazing. So worth it to invest into your sleep.

If i could give zero star i would.This is the worst Company ever, their website info is misleading. I bought two of their ellen mattress of their website that claims that product has a 10 Inch height. The product came in 7-inch.I called for exchange twice and then again sent the wrong product.I again requested them to correct it and they sent the same 7-inch mattress.No one. In customer service bothered to check the mattress size, neither anyone bothered to explain or take care of the issue by offering a replacement.Their product was not only wrong size but was also damaged.Its been a month and i am still struggling to get the right bed replacement from sleep country.They also have a lousy/inconsiderate customer service.

I feel scammed. I purchased a mattress in March of 2023 and was told the floor model was only 6 months old and a little more economical.I received the mattress the week later but didn’t start using it until I fully moved in mid April.A few week later I felt as though I was sliding off the side. When I called to complain they advised me there is no returns for floor models and gave me a customer service contact for a warranty claim.I followed the steps and realized when I was taking pictures to submit that the mattress was actually from 2021! To make matters worse, I just received a response that they will not honor the warranty for this mattress.

ya bro that's y I haven't bought anything here in almost 12 years just not worth the time or money. wat u gotta understand is their products are trash. basically coils with foam on top. after their sht started to sag what I did was got a donatable bed took the foam out n stuck it inside the one I bought from these freaks. u can basically do that with any bed which is in a non returnable condition and not have to buy anymore products ever again. and that's not to mention that prices keep going up on everything so ppl are now getting their stuff stolen. neighbor of mine had a mattress stolen off her porch ?

We just bought a mattress and two pillows here. Their Sales Manager David has made our experience so seamless! He’s very knowledgeable, professional and experienced! We also had fun during our time at the store. People is what makes customer experience great! At this store, it was David for us today! Thank you!
