DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU DEPEND ON YOUR MEDICATION. They will say it will be delivered and never deliver it. They will send you to voicemail for hours, during open hours. I waited 1 1/2 hours on Saturday. Plus called with another phone just incase they forgot my call. This pharmacy would give me 1/2 of my prescription at a time. Charged me when they weren’t supposed to then wouldn’t refund me. I have so much anxiety regarding this clinic. This is my first time on medication and I feel sicker from constantly having to start and stop my medication. My doctor is in the building. I wish I never had my prescriptions for me and my daughter sent here. The service has been terrible. Not sure if all pharmacies operate like this, but I’m ready to try a new one

This is the only pharmacy I deal with. Always helpful and explain the side effects of the medication I am taking-simply the best.

Don’t go there -Disappointing Customer Service - very rude and bullying pharmacistI recently visited this pharmacy to pick up a prescription, having confirmed over the phone that they had the medication in stock. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I encountered a complete lack of empathy and assistance. Despite explaining my urgent medical need, they refused to help because I didn't have a hard copy of the prescription on hand.Not only did they decline to assist me, but they also went out of their way to contact another pharmacy to inform them about what they deemed "illegal" assistance. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also left me feeling bullied and upset.In stark contrast, another pharmacy gladly helped me place an order for the same medication, showing compassion and understanding of my situation. It's disheartening that this location not only failed to provide the necessary help but also lacked basic courtesy and consideration for a customer in need.I hope this review serves as a reminder that customer service and compassion should be at the forefront of any business, especially one dealing with healthcare.

always double check the expiration date when you buy. they don't check expiration dates on their products. bought a rash creme it's already expired 2022.

I always get brand name for my prescription and this lady giving me a generic i told her i want brand name she was like i have to pay $63 even though i was covered with my insurance, so i cancelled it. Went to Costco and paid only 85CENTS for a brand name. And waited 30mins....Worst experience!

literally waited over fifteen minutes for one of the SEVEN people working to even acknowledge that I was there. If I could give less than one star I would. Very disorganized. When I finally got to speak to someone they said they had no record of the medication that I had been getting for months from there.

"BEST". No other way to say it. They won't waste your time by making u wait. (Something Shoppers drug Mart pharmacies are known for). Give it a shot.

Dropped off a prescription and assistant said 20 mins, I came back two hours later and they didn’t even start I had to wait an extra half hour for my prescription. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
