As is the case with almost all petroleum companies, the toilets here are either not cleaned or are broken. Excuse me, but do you think that good service should be provided while making money while buying petrol?

I had a terrible experience at this Shell gas station today, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The employee, Greeshma, was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. When I asked a simple question about the pump, she responded with an attitude, as if helping me was a chore.
Her dismissive and condescending tone made the whole interaction uncomfortable. It’s frustrating to receive such poor customer service, especially when all I wanted was straightforward assistance. Greeshma’s behavior was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.
If Shell allows employees to treat customers this way, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Management needs to address this issue immediately before more people have similar experiences.
I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Unbelievable experience at this shell. I pumped $100 worth of Gas and while I was pulling out my phone to scan my air miles card, the cashier ends up scanning another card which was under her keyboard.
She didn’t even ask if I had airmiles when I was there to pay and when questioned about why she scanned another she started to making up a story about it’s wasn’t a airmiles card she scanned. She proceeded to cancel the transaction and use my card afterwards.
Management needs to investigate this issue.

I went to fill my gas at shell located at 680 The Queensway, Etobicoke, ON M8Y 1K9.
The audacity of the guy at the store is beyond limits. When i went inside and asked him: if i can use the washroom, He was mockingly saying, " The washroom is closed, and you can't use it." I don't know. i just left without even filling the gas. This guy was not even letting me park at the customer parking because he was saying that i was not a customer. He tried to call some towing guy or someone and told them my license plate. I told him there is a 10 min limit for parking. He was blaming me for not being polite.
This guy was just raising his voice at me for nothing. When this became an issue he told me that someone vomited in the washroom. But i know that is not the reason. He just don't want me to use it. If he was polite in the beginning and explained why, even if i felt he was lying to my face, i may not feel that bad.
For god sake. Please hire some polite people. Because of his attitude you loose a loyal customer at that shell. If you check my history at shell, you may be able to see that i fill up gas from shell atleast 3 times a week. I don't know how i felt. This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my 4 years of canadian life.
Just wasted some minutes of day.

A nice looking station with an easy get in/ out. Slow pmt processing.Last time the gas I got from there, was terrible! My milage on my car went up by 75%, and the weather was similar to the previous week. I went from 14 to 21-22 l/100 km.Getting new gas, and the milage moved down to average!Maybe, it was my bad luck, will try again one day!No, I would Not recommend this station.

The toilet is always closed. They are always indifferent and uncaring towards the customer. People want to meet their need to buy gasoline and do this by trying to benefit from a company where they feel safe. But this location's staff is constantly changing and they are not positive towards the customers at all.
