Extremely rude. Treated me as a criminal when I was waiting for the bathroom. Lady behind the counter made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

STAY AWAY - EXTREEMLY RUDE .Came to get gas as always I pull up in middle pump #6 . Try to pump and the attendant ROHIT screams in mic that its pre-pay only , although it doesn't say anything about it. I try again and same thing. Then i try to pay at pump , the card reader doesn't work.
i get my 5 year old out of the car walk inside to ask what is going on. ROHIT goes on that it was his decision not to let me pump and to come inside to pay prior to getting gas because he didn't see my lic plate in front of my car and assumed i was going to steal the gas .( my plate is in windshield as bracket fell off) Mind that my car is fully wrapped in company logo and phone number . FULLY WRAPPED WITH LOGOS AND PHONE NUMBER ON ALL 5 SIDES OF THE CAR !!!!!
This is my last time getting gas at SHELL for me and my company fleet of 10 cars.
WENT 200M DOWN THE ROAD TO PETRO CANADA THEY DIDNT HAVE THIS ISSUE AND I PARKED THE SAME WAY . GOT GAS WENT INSIDE SPEND MORE MONEY PAID CAME OUT HAPPY.
STAY AWAY AND NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!

Station literally robbed me of my money. Paid with my last coins to pump some air for my tires but the machine never turned on. The clerk said i have to call the number on the box to settle it with them as its not their business. The number always goes to voicemail..ive been waiting for a call back for almost a week. I wish police would come to close this place down soon

I paid them 160 dollars and I fill up my car, the engine stopped, and there was 50 dollars left, and the employee told me that you must pay again, and I lost 50 dollars. It was bad service
