I have been at the Rogers store; Albion location, quite a few times and I must say, they are quite good at what they do, the customer service is exceptional and the Assistant Manager, Rishab Madhwani helped me out with a phone suitable to my requirements, he was really patient and knew what he was doing which made the entire procedure seamless.

"Had a terrible experience at the Rogers store in Albian Mall. The rep, Sajeev Sadasia, was unclear about fees and kept adding extra charges with no upfront info. No help or clarity on plans, and even follow-up calls got nowhere. Totally disappointing service—I'd avoid this location if you want honest support."

"Worst Experience at Rogers Store - Albian Mall"
I recently visited the Rogers store at Albian Mall, and my experience was beyond terrible. Sajeev Sadasia, the representative who assisted us, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and transparency. Without any prior notice, he ran a hard credit check on my information, which negatively impacted my credit score. This was done without my permission or a clear explanation, leaving me blindsided by the effects.
In addition to this, he attempted to add numerous hidden fees and extra charges to our plan without any upfront discussion or transparency. When I inquired about the additional charges, there was no clear breakdown, just vague responses and evasive answers. It felt like I was being scammed and manipulated into paying far more than I had agreed to.
When I sought clarity on available plans, instead of helpful guidance, I was met with confusing information and zero effort to explain the plan details in a straightforward way. I even called later to try and resolve these issues, but the support over the phone was just as unhelpful, offering no real solutions or accountability.
If you're looking for honest, upfront, and respectful service, I would strongly advise steering clear of this location. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, feeling taken advantage of, and frustrated with Rogers’ lack of concern for customer transparency.

I went to this location to purchase iphone 16 pro max but indian girl with glasses (don’t know her name) was too rude to tell me the details. She’s not even looking at me while talking. I don’t recommend this location.
