Very bed customer service.
DON'T GO TO THIS PHARMACY. THEY GAVE ME WRONG MEDICINE. I WAS ALLERGIC TO THE MEDICINE THE ONE THEY GAVE ME. WHEN I CALLED TO REPLACE MEDICINE, THEY ASKED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN. EVEN DOCTOR PRESCRIBED DIFFERENT MEDICINE AND THEY GAVE ME DIFFERENT ONE.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE HONESTLY.
PLZ DON'T GO TO THIS PHARMACY

This pharmacy is awful, the pharmacists are rude and unhelpful. Do not go here, go to the one near Humber college instead. They have always treated me better. Shameful.

Incredibly terrible experience. The pharmacist was rude and not helpful at all. Do not go to this pharmacy, they will treat you terribly and aren’t good at communicating at all.

This Rexdale IDA pharmacy off Humberwood has given us excellently helpful, consistent & thoughtful services for our elderly parent for more than five years now. We are extremely grateful for all of the help & guidance we have received from any pharmacy team member who responds to our service requests. Contact via email or phone is easy & their response is always prompt. Wow.The staff's familiarity with cultural norms are an huge asset for us. Their patience and understanding with our asks is remarkable & noteworthy. Thumbs up from our family :-)

I have been their customer for last 10 years. Had no problems but recent interaction with its owner Mike was very upsetting. I was asked to pay $51 for the meds that we’re always covered prior. They should have taken my prior approval to ensure I was ok to pay or should they get the generic one. But no such questions were asked and Instead Mike was rude and told me to take the prescription elsewhere if I was not satisfied. RUDE BEHAVIOUR THAT NO ONE SHOULD TOLERATE!!!!!!
