I've been picking up my prescription at this location for years.Two pharmacist
named Mary and there's another lady are nice.I never had a problem till I was dealing with the Indian lady pharmacist.One evening at 7 pm, I picked up one of my prescription and spoke with the Indian lady pharmacist,on top of picking up, I asked question regarding my other refill, she said come back tomorrow,and request for another refill. I was like since I'm in store,perhaps she can refill that medication for me,im willing to wait.But here's the worst part, I asked about the flu shot,then she said " It was a really long day, I'm not giving a flu shot ,come back tomorrow ".Is this Pharmacista joke, She really think that I don't have a life and it's easier to say"come back tomorrow. Honestly, I would rather go somewhere else.I cannot deal with that attitude.And yes,a pharmacist can refuse to give you a shot just because she had a long day.[ take note: I'm the only customer in store that time ,Tuesday Evening.Very disappointed

This review is for the manager to reconsider in his/her staff recruiting. This location has Utterly unprofessional staff. They close the store five to ten minutes before 9 pm and do not allow customers enter the store. I had to pick up a very important medicine for my mother and was caution to get there before 9 but it was closed. The stuff was inside looking at me and seeing that I am showing them the clock and that I need to pick up my medication but they just ignored me and started talking together. I will definitely switch my pharmacy to another location first thing in the morning and I suggest everybody to do so as they are utterly unreliable.

Arrogant and rude pharmacist. The Indian pharmacist dismissed me and refused to fill my prescription because they said they close in 5 minutes but Google said they close in an hour (which is why i went). So disappointing that he told me to go to Shoppers instead.

The store was closing soon but I made it with 6 minutes to spare just to reach a locked door! The girl at the register was looking at me and I put my hands together as to plead and beg to come in. I explained that I just had to pick up a prescription that was ready and waiting but no luck. Then another girl came out and rudely told me to leave and pointed to the street. When I started pleading and begging again, she laughed at me and waved bye. She was enjoying herself and getting satisfaction from my misery it seemed. The clock on my phone read 2 minutes from closing now. I asked tor her name but she immediately turned around, started walking away and removing her name tag.
I'm lucky that the medication I was picking up was not essential and I was able to wait another day.

I have never had better service anywhere than I have at this Rexall and the Pharmacist Mary. I get personal service from her that I never had from anyone at shoppers drug mart.Mary calls me on a regular basis to review my prescriptions and offer any advice or changes that may make my life easier. She always goes above and beyond to care for my health. I am so thankful we switched from Shoppers to Rexall. I got tired of standing in line at shoppers for hours every single time I needed anything.I would recommend Rexall to anyone because of Mary and her outstanding service.

I transferred to this Pharmacy after speaking with the Pharmacist, Mary. Her genuine kindness and patient-focused professional demeanor are what truly sustains me as a loyal Rexall customer.It's rare to find a gem of a local pharmacist like her in a fast and busy urban environment.No matter when I call, I am so happy it's her who picks up the phone or is the pharmacist on duty above anyone else because she's the professional who indeed removes barriers to access and care without compromise.She goes the extra mile because that's her polite and professional nature.All I can say is it's Mary who treats me like a person instead of just a billable customer, and the only reason why I obtain all of my prescriptions from her pharmacy.

Convenient location, but they seem to be low on stock every time I go to get a prescription filled. What takes Shoppers under an hour to do, I some times have to wait 1-2 days for here.
