I absolutely love this studio! The feeling of community here is truly unique, and the teachers are amazing! Recently, they added a cold plunge, and it is a BLAST! It's a game-changer for recovery and overall well-being. Highly recommended!

Just finished Jenn’s 8pm Yin Yoga class and my god I feel like a new human. Very relaxed, stretch and hold poses with a great focus on the lower body/hips. After a long day I feel completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend and I will be back.

Great variety of classes for various levels of difficulty, that includes Vinyasa, Yin, Bikram, but also Inferno Hot Pilates and HIIT strength and conditioning classes. Awesome instructors, each adding a bit of their own essence and individuality to their classes, and everyone is so nice, friendly and authentic. Great vibes all around!!! Highly recommend!

A wonderful yoga and IHP studio. The classes are not crowded at all (like they can get in a lot of other similar Pilates studios) and the teachers are very nice.

Strongly encourage anyone thinking about trying a class to give it a shot - you will be so glad you did. I am kicking myself that it took me so long! Very good studio with knowledgeable instructors and engaging classes that really brighten your day.

This studio is definetly not for everyone. It’s small and gets crowded in the popular classes which gets pretty gross when there is a puddle of sweat from the person next to you. They need to enforce some sort of dress code for men who think it’s ok to go there in their underwear with their private parts exposed. There was even a man there stretching on his back with his legs in the air exposing his private parts, totally inappropriate and uncomfortable considering there were girls under 18 there too. The Pilates class is definetly not pilates. It is a high intensity work out and if you have any form of asthma or are new to hot yoga it is very difficult. Pilates is slow placed and they need to change the name of that class because it’s deceiving to those that know what Pilates really is. Some of the instructors such as Hannah repeat the fact that they don’t like people leaving the studio even if they are struggling, it’s quite sad for an instructor to say this when you can clearly see someone struggling to breath and you’re telling them to stay on their mat instead of going outside to breathe. Her voice and style is also very aggressive and definetly not the zen you seek in a yoga practice. She doesn’t instruct you on the postures by showing you but rather talks… well what if you don’t know what the pose is? That is what an INSTRUCTOR is for… to instruct and demonstrate!! Lucia is super nice but she talks throughout the entire yin class taking away from the medititative aspect of yin yoga. This studio is definetly not for everyone and If you’ve been to other studios you’ll know what I mean.

I love Red Tree :) I am so grateful for this wonderful community. The instructors are welcome and supportive, and have made it very easy to get back into a much needed fitness routine after the last few years. There are lots of friendly faces among the members, and the studio is immaculately kept. Thank-you Red Tree for making me a healthier and happier morning person again!

I use to be an extremely fit cheerleader, cyclist, rollerblader, and hot yoga enthusiast, then like many women I had children and put my fitness and care last. My body turned into something I’d hide under big dresses and frumpy clothes and I was sore and tired (I am still tired…my kids are still young haha). I’ve tried gyms and diets but I needed a class with friendly reoccurring faces to hold me accountable. I decided to dive back into hot workouts and decided to try hot pilates and my first class was with Lucia. She made sure to introduce herself and me to the class, and I finished my first class feeling like I was going to melt into the floor, but proud of my accomplishment.I originally felt out of place as there are many sculpted bodies in that room, but as I started to look around during every class I realized that everyone had their own strengths and weaknesses, everyone was encouraging, and there to better themselves without judging others. It’s been a few weeks since I started and all the instructors and classes are amazing. I am only able to go 2-3 times a week and I’ve already lost ten pounds and my mobility has improved, I’m not as sore as I was a few weeks ago, I also feel stronger and a little more lean. I cannot do all the moves, yet, even with alterations, but that’s okay as long as I keep moving and pushing myself. Andre took the time to encourage and congratulate my movements today which made me feel supported. There are plenty of smiling reoccurring faces as well. The movements I cannot do are goals for me to reach, and we all have to start somewhere!I highly encourage anyone looking for a change to try a class out. It is truly life changing and I cannot wait to see where my body is at a year from now!Thank you to all the instructors!Cayleen :)
