I went for an estimate for a custom jewelry order WITH A TRADE-IN of seven yellow-gold bangles.\\n\\nThe guy Randy said he had to take my bangles to his shop in Brampton to test if it's real gold and to figure out the estimate for the new jewelry I wanted.\\n\\nHe said he would text me the price the next day, but he didn't.\\n\\nWhen I spoke to him on the phone, he told me he melted my jewelry at THE REFINERY. And the refinery charges 4% of the weight of my bangles to test the karats.\\n\\nI told his mother what he did and she backed him up, saying you have to refine the gold. Refine it for what???\\n\\nYou don't need to melt gold to give an estimate.\\n\\nThey never even said sorry to me.\\n\\nI never got back my bangles or even the melted bangles, and all I went for was an estimate.\\n\\nWhere's the receipt from THE REFINERY showing the 4% charge for testing?

I bought a Guyanese Jingle bangle from Singh’s jewelry in the beginning of the pandemic, I had saved for months bangle, it would constantly break it must have to be repaired six times, and it cost me every time it broke, I kid you not I paid just shy of 1000.00 for a very thin bangle. I brought it to another jeweller and I come to find out it’s only made with $160.00 worth of gold, so my question to Randy is where did the 800 worth of gold go to? Needless to say that I have been very disappointed in this jewellery store. It just proves my point that Guyanese jewellers are a bunch of crooks and they do not do good business and Singh’s jewellery is no different. If you are looking for Guyanese jewellery do not go to this place cause you will be robed of your money and Gold.They also do not know how to keep time, when I was purchasing this bangle Randy would make me wait over an hour in the hot sun.

Great selection of quality jewelry, got my husband a beautiful men’s chain for his 35th birthday from here I also got myself the matching woman’s chain, I got my daughter a chain and then also got a beautiful globe pendant from them as well. Great quality at a good price ?the owner is very friendly and professional ? definitely recommend them!
