Terrible customer service just went into the store to check out the rate, his behavior seemed like he didn't want to deal with us. In other words he just wanted us to leave the store terrible terrible customer service! He did not value his costumers.

I brought a a gold ring to be resized and when I came to pick up the ring the machine wasn't working so I had to go get cash. He made me pay tax on the cash and would not give me change because he said he didn't have any change on him. What kind of business doesn't have cash? He is a scammer and a cheater. His ex wife had better customer service and was more caring towards customers. Will never do business with him again and I do not recommend anyone to do business with him, he will eventually scam and cheat you without remorse. Before when his ex wife was still with him he had a great selection of jewellery but now the jewellery he has is limited and outdated.

Nice jewelry shop. They are making great custom designs. There are so many options in jewelry. Trustable and fair price. I made a nice name custom chain from them to gift my fiance.

I walked in asked to see some male bands with diamonds and when he asked me when do you need it by I said would wanna buy it today he said where did u meet the guy on the side of the highway ? Instead of congratulating me or saying something professional also went on to ask since I liked one ring if he can size it to size 13 from 10 he says good luck with that I wanted to buy a ankelt and cross necklace aswell but since he wasp poor in his words and no hole in this store turned me right off I left and told him how I felt and he still showed no remorse really sad how u get treated 1;30 pm on Thursday June 9 if the owner would like to see who he leaves to run his store
