Couldn't be happier with this shop. Honest, respectful, and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.
Initially I brought my flat tire to another shop who proceeded to do a weak patch job which leaked within a week. At Queensway Service Centre they fixed the mistake from the other shop and charged me less.
I had my front brakes replaced at Queensway. They charged $300 less than the other local shop had quoted me.

Honda dealers quoted $1200-$2000 for two wheel bearings. Other garages around $1000. Queensway initially estimated $700, then diagnosed only one needed replacement. Final cost: $400. No issues after a week. Grateful for Queensway's honesty, unlike dishonest dealers.

I've been here two times. The first was to get a second opinion after a mechanic told me my brakes were shot and I need a new set. Turns out my brakes are fine. The second time was today. I hit a huge hole in the road and noticed my car was veering to one side. I overinflated one of my tires and that was the issue. Jason and the team are honest and it is so refreshing. I'm a very satisfied customer and relieved to find a mechanic I can trust.

Just a quick thank you to the mechanic who took the time to help me out this morning when my saddle came loose on my bike. I didn’t have the tool to tighten it and none of the bike shops were open yet. This was the closest mechanic to where I was- about a half hour ride from home. It was broken so it came loose again (as he said it probably would) but he saved me from having to ride the ENTIRE way home without a saddle.
If I needed a car mechanic I wouldn’t hesitate to go here where such kind people work! Thank you.

My motorhome van (Roadtrek) had broken-down due to the Alternator . I googled garages in the area and Jason and Shane took great care of me and had me back on the road within two hours and the final bill was very reasonable. Great service and lots of loyal customers were apparent. I highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

Best experience I’ve had at an auto shop, friendly, honest guys that will make sure you’re taken care of. I came in for an issue today and they had me on the road in no time at all. Will be back in the future for sure!

You will never find a more honest Mechanic! Jason is the best as always and once you come here you will never go anywhere else. Most reliable and affordable place and they will never sell u on anything u do not need! I have been coming here for 9 years now and my whole family does as well!! The best!!

Called and got in next day because I had a weird rattling sound in my car. They fixed it in like a min, didn't charge me. Honestly made my day. Highly recommend, and will be coming back for my car needs now. So friendly and fast, isn't charging insane rates like other places who wanted money to just look at the car. It's the little things like this, that make this place amazing!

Highly recommend. Best place in the area. Owner is super friendly. They were honest with my service and made sure I wasn't getting anything costly done for my car that wasn't necessary. Location is also very convenient right off the highway.

I can’t tell you enough how honest this mechanic (Jason) Queensway Service Centre is! Located @ 126 Park Lawn Road at the entrance of the highway north of Lake Shore, south of Queensway on Park Lawn. I buy new cars and get the usual free maintenance with the dealership. But let me tell you, as soon as my free maintenance is over, Jason is my go-to. The most trusted mechanic I know. I’m always in and out quickly and his staff is thorough. I had to get a safety done on my car and I asked him about my breaks, and he told me straight out a few years back “you won’t need brakes anytime soon”. He was right! Never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Now that I needed my front pads done, it was very reasonably priced, and I was in and out in record time. I would have had to drive all the way to my dealership, wait for either a vehicle I had to rent, or wait for a ride home and then get back to the dealership. Well, being in Humber Bay Shores is surely a bonus as I could even walk there! He even replaced a quick fuse for my lighter so I could charge my phone (which my dealership never fixed for me on the day of the arrival of my car from day 1 of its birth!). Now my phone will always be battery ready. Really appreciate his skillset and no-nonsense way of doing business. 10+ business and totally recommend ! Joya
