My car was damaged, so I checked out procolor collision and was pleased with the reception I got, so I gave them the job. John was extremely polite, warm, and very informative. I was told that it would take about 7 days for my car to be fixed, but to my surprise, it was done in 3 days. When I picked up the car, I could not identify where the damage was.
Thank you, procolor collision, for a job well done. I will certainly be recommending you to my friends and family. Thanks ?

Had the pleasure of bringing in my BMW’s front lip over to the ProColor Etobicoke team for a paint match and was absolutely blown away with the experience. 5/5 stars and I’ll break it down further:
- Azad was very professional and knowledgeable in all things paint and repair. He gave me the full run through of his shops process and even a walk-through, which I was surprised as the shop floor is insanely tidy. He scanned my paint via the paint scanner and verified it using the BMW paint code for his colour match.
- Turnaround was fast too, just around a week!
- Colour match was fantastic, they really live up to the “pro” in their name.
5/5 stars, will be coming back for sure! Earned themselves a loyal customer.

Used google reviews to narrow down a shop. Very happy with the service and the work.Pooja was amazing, she explained the options for my car and followed up to keep me posted on progress.The team at Procolor Etobicoke North made sure my vehicle was ready for the weekend!

After researching a few places and getting various quotes I decided to go with ProColor Collision Etobicoke North and I'm glad that I made this decision. Had a nasty rust spot on my jeep. Met with Dwayne and he thoroughly explained to me what's involved and my options. When I came back to pick up my jeep I was blown away on the job , it was practically like a new truck. Dwayne was nice enough to show me what was done and with detailed photos which helped a lot. Aside from fixing the rust spot they even cleaned my truck inside/out and polished it.... I highly recommend this place for any body work that needs to be done. You wont be disappointed. Dwayne and his team really went above my expectations. Will definitely be using ProColor Collision Etobicoke for future jobs.

Very good customer service. They will let you know if they are busy and provide a reasonable timeline for follow up so that you are not wondering what is happening.Has exceed expectation and followed up with my insurance company to assist and advance repairs. Returned car to me in visually excellent condition. My vehicle drives well also.Staff are cheerful and assist with documentation and they return phone calls. Like I know that is something business are suppose to do regardless but a great many do not.Azad was the primary face/voice of contact for me so I'd sing his praises more if I could but he's also mentioned that the glory belongs to his front desk staff member...I'm sorry I forget her name. She followed up with the dealership, the insurance company, and with me as well.I'm grateful they were able to help me get my car back on the road after the incident I was involved in and the lengthy interactions (or rather lack of interactions) from my insurance company and my previous body shop.Thank you Azad and Procolor.Services: Auto body & trim repair
