The Punjabi guy with a beard (not wearing a turban) at the oil change service was very rude. The way he dealt with customers was completely unprofessional. I’m totally dissatisfied!

Quick service, they did a ok job for the price
This location has gone down hill big time, I went and paid for the $20 car wash, with wax, I came out to vacuum, only about 1/3 of the vacuums working (no signage, so park and find out) then I had seen how dirty my car still was, I pointed it out to a staff member who told me to go back through, I waited in line only to be pulled back out and told to go to the bay at the back, they argued in another language for a bit and merely sprayed my car with the pressure washer very quickly and that’s it, when I pointed this back out the staff member(Singh) he shrugged and said sorry, my photos are after they ‘sprayed it the second time’ the basic dirt is removable as seen with the finger print that I showed him.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different location, this is what $20 gets you…

They cleaned my car so bad they basically did nothing only put a refresher inside the car and that’s it, I paid for the gold service or whatever and they did a really bad job so unacceptable. Even the glass of my car and wheels weren’t cleaned right in the package deal you get deep cleaning + drying + wheels cleaning and they did absolutely bad job and non of it.

Pleasantly surprised by this car wash. I also love that the vacuums are free and are pretty powerful.Other than that the bearded turban guy on the line in evening is really good and professional.
