I ordered butter chicken pizza, taste was very bitter, pizza was cold and messy, pizza presentation was very bad, toppings was not enough, pizza smell was very bad and not worth to money.

Provide burnt base pizza and when asked to replace the eatable pizza, guy and girl started making excuses that the pizza is like that only and you’re not aware about the food. Moreover started arguing to pay and go somewhere else to find food that you like… such shameful and inappropriate behaviour..worst experience and food ever…never recommend this brand to anyone

As usual, another pizza pizza location with the same atmosphere, it was like I'm at some kind of haunted house. The catch is that they were handing out washroom keys if you want to use that, and the keys are attached with some kind of big spoon. Looks so awkward holding

I ordered pizza today and when delivery guy arrived my place he called me to come out to the front where he was waiting and when I asked him to come to side Door he asked me to come out to pick my order in high pitch. So can you tell me for what I am paying $4.25 if I have to open the door and walk to the parking area to pick my order. Name of the delivery guy was written sukhpreet. I will suggest owner of the store and pizza pizza team to look into this Metter because this not what I am expecting when I am paying money for the services. Please teach him customer service.
