This station has always been poor. Today at pump 6 the nozzle is malfunctioning it took me 15 min to pump 20 liters of gas - either it's broken or needs to be cleaned but as usual my visit here was frustrating. Usually it's the rude customer service. Better to go over to Queensway and East Mall where the station actually has room to move.

Midnight shift is sleeping at work. Last 3 times I went to Esso after 12am, nobody was there. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and leaving. Please have a look at your camera footages!

No one working as always! Rang the bell at 1:08 am.. one one came to work!!!!Several people left unhappy! Why is it always a problem at the gas station! I’m fed up. Gave this gas station too many chances!

I came to this location several months ago for gas and lottery tickets. The cashier was noticeably unfriendly and impatient. I can take my business elsewhere, where it's welcome.

There system is down and after I paid and everything the girl told me oh our system is down and then she said they’ll refund but it’s gonna take time and that she can’t do anything about it the level of stupidity I don’t understand she could’ve told me before I paid

I came to this location several months ago for gas and lottery tickets. The cashier was noticeably rude towards me. She didn't say hello, or even thank you. She was blatantly rude to me but was totally nice and polite to the other Caucasian male customer in line after me.I won't be supporting this Petro - Canada franchise ever again, even if it's on my way to the dog park. I will go to Esso across the street or another Petro Canada.

A girl.. Mostly she work in the evening time. Her name is Priya. She is amazing. She has a kind nature and multi talented as compare to other staff. We always come there because of her. She always tries her best. Overall good customer service.
