I went to buy beer at 10:55pm and the guy working there refused to give beer saying its 11pm i showed him time but still he didnot even bothered to open fridge. Zero service

Who leaves a review at a Gas Station??I'm guessing usually a complaint about customer service or gas prices... Today I had the pleasure of being served by Dhruti at 585 Dixon road who provided exceptional service!!!I was purchasing the 5 car wash card, but not only did she tell me about the free car wash promotion, she actually took the time to walk me through step by step how to register for the app and load the card onto it.Thank you again for your help and keep up the great work!!!

If I had zero star would have given 0. Used to go to this place regularly will not go again. There was a brown girl new trainee working and she is rudest person I ever saw. She does not know how to talk and seems like owner does not know how to hire people.

The price is ALWAYS 3-4 c higher than the Petro just 1 klm East on Kipling where the staff is much friendlier. Dec 30 gas is 141.9 I drove right to the next Petro on Dixon and payed 134.9 ... seriously it's literally 2 lights over ? ? ?

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Petro Canada (Dixon road)store today. I went in for a car wash, but unfortunately, my car didn't wash properly. When I approached the staff inside, expecting some assistance, I was met with an astonishing level of rudeness. Instead of guiding me and trying to help, the employee blamed me for the issue.To make matters worse, he had already reissued the ticket for my car wash but refused to give it to me, high chances maybe claiming he wanted to use it for his own vehicle. This happened in the midst of a queue of people, yet he continued to argue with me, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills.When I mentioned speaking with the manager, he dismissively told me to come back in the morning. It's incredibly frustrating to encounter someone with supposed experience who clearly lacks the basic understanding of how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. I will definitely be contacting customer care to report this unacceptable behavior. My overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I am left feeling thoroughly dissatisfied with Petro Canada's service.
