Very disappointed with the photo services. Me and my wife needed photo sizes 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm and the guy who served us had cut the photos in the wrong dimension. He was so greedy that he had demanded the full $28 again to reprint it in the correct size, when I approached him a few hours later. I was ready to pay him some money because I should have realized the wrong size when had handed over the photos to me. I believe it is unreasonable to ask me to pay the full charges again when he can reprint it from the file.
