I purchased a Mazda 3 from them. it had an exhaust leak and I told them but they still managed to give me a safety standard certificate. When I called them back and said I was not satisfied and wanted the exhaust leak fixed, they tried to braze it, and I told him that that would not work and it didn't. So they made me wait three weeks to come back only to find out that what they were going to replace my exhaust was another old section of pipe that was in worse condition than what was on the car. they probably took it off a car that is on their lot that has been riding for years as they have a lot of them on their lot. So my experience is, do not buy anything from them because I do not trust those people.

DO NOT buy a car from this place. First of all, the salesman never introduced himself or gave me his name. I can only assume he was Don, due to the business cards on his desk. When asked if we could take the car we were interested in (2016 grand caravan) to a mechanic to get a second opinion, he said sure as long as we put down $1000 deposit. However, when we returned with the deposit, he said that we couldn't take the car anywhere and that they would do the safety themselves. When pushed, he agreed to let us take it to the Napa down the street (he pretended he had never heard of it, while it's 500m from his place of work) but only if he took it and we went with him. Then, while finalizing the paperwork, he tried to get me to sign that the sale was finalized. When I said I would not, because the sale wasn't final and I wanted to get the car checked out first, he told us to leave. If i could rate 0 stars I would. Stay away from here, these people are just scammers!

Very dishonest place! Seems like a nice enough place at first, but they do not guarantee any of their work. Once you pay him (cash only) and drive off the lot, you are on your own. They claim to charge a much lower hourly rate than a typical repair garage, but that is only a smokescreen. They take much longer to do a job, and way over change on parts, so nothing is gained from the lower hourly rate. Beware also of Don! He initially comes across as a nice guy, but try and question his work and he will turn on you like some kind of a mad man.

garbage place and nothing but lies and dishonesty.... outrageous price for parts... unprofessional and my vehicle still isn't fixed after them having it for 2 months then see they only had worked for 46 hours.... asked about my mirror blocked my calls haven't heard since 3 months ago !!!

Great guy Don. I bought a 2007 Toyota Prius back in 2012 at a very good price. Never had a single problem, car still drives smooth. Don is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Parma Auto.
