The best service you can get! This was my second time using them. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my order (which was well worth the drive) to realize I had made a pretty significant mistake with my order (my fault )They redid my order on the spot within just a couple hours and had me on my way again. They were so nice, helpful and understanding! Can’t say enough good about the amazing customer service I received!

I don't usually leave reviews but this experience is ridiculous. I placed an order in March 2023. On March 28th, they said (word for word, in an email) "You have already provided payment for this order". I picked up the order a few days after receiving that email. Now, 9 months later, I received an email saying they couldn't find the payment in their records. Then they issued a new invoice in a separate email for the total of $120. I responded to their email voicing my confusion about why I was receiving this email/invoice 9 months after the order was picked up, and pointing out that they sent an email themselves back in March saying that payment was provided. They did not reply to me. I just checked my credit card statements and it turns out they decided to charge my credit card instead, without my permission. If you give this company your credit card, apparently they will keep it on file and won't hesitate to make a charge at their discretion. This wasn't the first issue either. In June 2022 I received an email with an invoice for an order that I never placed. After voicing my concern over that incident, they clarified it was a mistake and to disregard the invoice. The accounting is clearly extremely disorganized, which is a shame because the product and the service otherwise was good. But the level of unprofessionalism displayed with these incidents guarantees that I will never return as a customer, and I would caution others the same.Edit: It appears the owner provided a response and then edited his response afterwards. The initial response said this (I have a screenshot from before it was revised): "Hey Cody. Thanks for leaving a review. Sorry about upsetting you. I will take to our accounts team and find out who is responsible. This is not the way we have run our business and been successful for the past 45 years. Mistakes happen and we again are deeply sorry for the experience you have received. I will found out who is responsible for this and make sure to fire them immediately for this nonsense. You leaving a review will give me the support I need to let them go. There is no excuse to have such a great customer getting so upset. I hope this action will satisfy you and bring you some relief. If you would like a written apology from the staff member I can get this before giving them the bad news."To clarify, I absolutely do not wish for anyone to lose their job over this. In both the owners initial response, and the revised response, they don't acknowledge the fact that my credit card was charged 9 months after the order, without authorization from my end. I also had absolutely no intention of getting any product for free either. In the revised response, the owner said "It would have been honest of you to let us know the charge did not go through". Does anyone actually check their credit card statements to verify that a charge went through after making a purchase? If the charge did not actually go through, of course I would have been happy to pay for the product. I was looking for clarification on the situation when I sent my email last week, but they charged my credit card without authorization and ignored my email. The ridiculousness of those events is what prompted me to leave my initial review. I am provided this update for transparency for anyone reading this in the future.

Professional results done on time. Very pleased. Then our customer drops a bomb or two with some last minute printing needs and I mean last minute! Felt bad even asking them to print on this timeline. But...they came through. No complaining just got it done. Will definitely use both companies in the future. Thanks to all of the staff who worked hard to get it done. ?

The customer service team of Mr Printer and Mr Sign is outstanding. They accommodated my urgent-same day order and delivered it on time. Robin, the Customer Service Representative/Graphic Designer, was very helpful and gave me a call to suggest better ways to print the items. He was also easy to contact throughout the day by email and phone. Nandy did a great job with the delivery coordination. Their customer service made it possible for us to execute the project we had in mind. 5 stars

I bought a bunch of vinyl lettering that I wanted to apply to some surfaces and had some questions about how it would be printed. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful to answer my questions and the vinyl lettering was exactly what I was looking for. Came out beautifully, applied and adhered well, edges were crisp and the turnaround was quick. No issues upon pickup.

Great experience while ordering some window clings. Some design issues resulted in a misprint and the team took steps to help get it to look proper and reprinted at no extra charge to my business. We will definitely work with them again after this experience! Great product quality and great, responsive customer service!
