Evangeline went above and beyond to help me, as my account was blocked, she patiently resolve this matter that took some time and while doing this she attended other customers that were coming in this location in a very professional and polite manner, even thought there was a frustrated customer Evangeline maintained a great attitude, i had this issue and many locations were telling me to just wait a few days, but i am so glad she was able to help me without even thinking twice. thank you very much
