Went to this pharmacy twice to pick up Canada post parcels, both times stuff was behaving arrogant and rude. All other reviews are true. Do not recommend.

I am really mixed about this pharmacy. Sometimes I think they do a really good job. But other times they act like they are doing you a favour. They don’t seem to realize that we are the customer. That everything has already been done through the doctor and all they need to do is put the pills in another bottle. Plus they are paid over $10 per bottle to do so. So no, you are not doing us a favour, we are giving you a job!

Really great pharmacy. The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful in explaining the medication I was picking up for a family member. Would highly recommend.

The lady that usually does the cashier desk, was very rude to my sister who was trying to get hold of someone there for 3 days. She is on psyche meds and it is very important that she gets them when needed. This woman treated my sister rudely and denying that anyone was having the same experience making my sister believe she was in the wrong. The pharmacists there are wonderful and we like going here but this kind of reception is making us reconsider using this pharmacy when there are others in the neighbourhood.

Recently moved all our prescriptions over to this pharmacy and what a pleasant change! It's nice to see that there are still businesses that just do what they are and focus on providing good service instead of insisting on being all things to all people and then doing it all poorly.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are always helpful, and call me by my name. I trust them 100% for prescriptions, administering shots and customer care. Keep up the great work Tatiana and the entire team.?

I’ve been coming here for many many years and even though I’ve moved farther away it’s still my only pharmacy. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. They’re great at providing instruction about medication and are very accommodating. I greatly appreciate the medication delivery service they offer during this pandemic. Thank you!
