The store sells expired products. Happened to me 2-3 times. Keep a check guys before shopping at this place. Best to go to other stores. And and and the store manager doesnt know how to talk to customers as well. She is rude with me after a mistake. She really need a training how to talk to customers.

Manager was so miserable about making a price adjustment. It’s almost not worth the wait for staff/process. I guess they’re hoping you’ll conclude that and let them keep the 59 cents they overcharged you.

Why do you close your customer service when your still open, you sold us a case of pepsi with broken cans, we were told to replace it, no more left then customer service is closed and we're stuck with no replacement or money and noone wants to help till tomorrow, we're still here we never left but now we have to come back tomorrow, your still serving customers, think they many need service?

i am giving to them 0 they are very root we both meat from them was on sale i put in the cooler for 2 weeks when i opened the meat smells disgusting i went back to let them know the meat is bad i want to return it i don't have the receipt she called the manager and he was so rude he said you don't have the receipt we can not take it. It was 23$ is not a big deal he should apologize he told us get out of here can he do this we would like the answer how he can talk like this with customers this is very bad attitude for your store is a Loblaws quality market how they can act like that i know i do not have the receipt but i showed my bank account he doesn't have to take it back but he needs to apologize because you sold the meat i know pass to weeks but when you buy extra you don't cook all meat in the same day i both 5 packages now we hate your store his attitude you should not keep that kind of manager i shopped from Fresco if something bad they take it right away with out question even don't ask about the receipt i am disappointed i never think Loblows can do this.

It was fathers day 2024 and loblaws was having big sale on tbone steaks. Large sign on the street said tbone steaks 7.99lb. It seemed like a great deal, so I bought a few steaks to enjoy with my family on father's day. It wasn't till I was putting steaks on grill that I noticed the packaging price said ungraded steak not grade AAA like what I expect I'm buying. I wasn't aware that beef could be sold this way in ontario. I also thought loblaws sold better quality than ungraded beef . The steaks were tough and chewy. I am not saying it's false advertising as it was written albeit small letters on the packaging.
Just another example of corporations trying to make huge profits on the backs or regular people. Loblaws could of at least had explanations of what ungraded beef was to consumers before buying it. Another reason why to boycott loblaws. There prices keep going up and food quality goes down.

Don’t buy fruits here they are bad. They will never refund you unless you bring the spoiled fruit provide to them. I am not sure they are still believe you or not. Customer service lady was not kind at all._

10 years in this neighborhood and legit my only grocery store. The produce and meats are fresh. The staff is the best. I’ve recently moved away but I wanted to leave a review for the best store! I used PC Express for two years. Nav the supervisor and her team are the best! You have made mom life easier during those two years! Shout out to all the PC Express team. Such kind people. Appreciate you!
