I visited your store with my brother, both of us being of legal age, to purchase alcohol. While I understand the necessity of age verification, I was surprised that despite my brother being 22 and having valid identification, we were refused service because I didn’t have an ID on me, even though I wasn’t planning to consume any alcohol. It would be appreciated if your staff could exercise more discretion in such situations, especially when one party is clearly of legal age and has proper identification.
