when I paid with my card, their computer froze and I was asked to go to another cash desk and insert my card again (I have a European bank card), the computer froze again at the second cash desk, I used a Canadian bank card. they charged me twice for the product. I show them the electronic bank statement and they say that it is not true

Both times I encountered arrogant attitudes from female cashiers. I hope the service can be improved, but the male waiter is very gentlemanly.
