Never seen that bad service in my life. nobody's answering phone nobody came to deliver. took more than 10 weeks. Finally they said they don't know and started to argue. Took half advance. Nobody responsible.

Beware from old guy in this store. He is very rude and he don't even know how to behave. I pre-paid them for some furniture which was not ready, they said it will take two weeks. But next day I went to cancel the order. That white beard old man said there is no refund because that amount I paid it is in their bank account now. And asked me to use that amount for future purchases from them.????wtf. He was arguing& threatening me ,as he gonna call the reinforcement from his warehouse.????????.

I needed to buy a headboard for my room and I’m so glad I went to Kartar Furniture!! The elderly man in the front was so incredibly helpful, and helped me make a custom headboard in the exact style and colour that I wanted (for a great price as well!). My headboard is so beautiful, and I have gotten so many compliments on it. Overall, great customer service and furniture. I will definitely be coming back.

They sell outdated designs with low-quality materials. If you really want high-quality and modern furniture then stay away.

We ordered a sectional sofa after delivery we paid them. Found out next day the depth of sofa is short by 3” which make no sense. They never fixed it or return our money and on top the very old man who took our ordered initially use force against me.
Stay away from them very unprofessional
