Am conflicted to giving a 5 star which I think they may or may not deserve. This store is by far my favorite shoe store. It's hard for me to get good shoes that fit well.unfortunately I ordered and paid for shoes 4 days in advance and until the 4th day my shoe order was canceled because they don't have the shoe ok disappointing its a good thing I bought another pair from them prior so m just buying shoes from this place every day. So can I get my refund. Oh yes you can we will issue you a cheque in the mail. I turned around I thought I was in a time machine, I asked if I was still in 1989 who issues out cheques. Unfortunately they do for your refund no matter if you paid debit or credit you will yet a cheque. I will tr3ad carefully next time or find another store that in this century.

Amazing service by Jason. Although the model of the shoe, which I was looking for wasn’t available at the store, Jason helped me choose the right fit and size with an alternative model so that I can order it online. Additionally, he was so patient with my queries. I would highly recommend.

First time buying dress shoes from this excellent brand. Styling on their collection line up was modern and of good quality William Dunets was very helpful and patient explaining their products and answering my questions. He ensured that I get the correct size by letting me try different sizes. He also explained on how to care for the products. Excellent experience throughout.
