Am conflicted to giving a 5 star which I think they may or may not deserve. This store is by far my favorite shoe store. It's hard for me to get good shoes that fit well.unfortunately I ordered and paid for shoes 4 days in advance and until the 4th day my shoe order was canceled because they don't have the shoe ok disappointing its a good thing I bought another pair from them prior so m just buying shoes from this place every day. So can I get my refund. Oh yes you can we will issue you a cheque in the mail. I turned around I thought I was in a time machine, I asked if I was still in 1989 who issues out cheques. Unfortunately they do for your refund no matter if you paid debit or credit you will yet a cheque. I will tr3ad carefully next time or find another store that in this century.

Amazing service by Jason. Although the model of the shoe, which I was looking for wasn’t available at the store, Jason helped me choose the right fit and size with an alternative model so that I can order it online. Additionally, he was so patient with my queries. I would highly recommend.
