Staff is rude, refuse to read their own terms and conditions just to get their way. The manager is impolite and refuses to acknowledge their terms and conditions.They even don’t tell your their name if you ask them claiming privacy when they know they are wrong so you can’t do anything about it.I purchased a product on Jan 22 which went bad in its packaging without me even opening it. They would refuse to even exchange it on Feb 20 (which is less than 1 month) without providing any reason at all!

I bought carrot muffins, which say best before FE20 but it started to mold before expiry.Can't trust muffins anymore.Other than that the store is good. I find almost all products.

I've frequented visited Jason No Frills, and while the staff is courteous and friendly, there have been issues with their adherence to the price match policy. Despite indicating a willingness to price match, they refused to match a Foodbasics offer for 2 Villagio bread at $5.99, citing restrictions on combo deals. It's perplexing when stores deviate from their stated policies, especially given No Frills' commitment to price matching. Jason No Frills also claimed not to match Freshco, contrary to other No Frills locations. The discrepancy is disheartening, and it seems to tarnish the overall reputation of the No Frills brand. JASON NO FRILLS does not give good reputation to NO FRILLS brand.

However, the organization and cleanliness of the store could be improved, as some aisles were cluttered and shelves were not always well-stocked. Overall, No Frills serves its purpose for those looking to save money on everyday essentials."
