I can't say enough about dealing with this financial institution. It is like a 'breath of fresh air' compared to your conventional Big 5 banks. They have always gone above and beyond in servicing our mortgage requirements since 2013. Highly recommend as a financial services provider !

Rude woman / manager that works there who is disrespectful over using a parking spot for my visit! She acted like i was trespassing when i simply used their atm and had to go to another business close by a few minutes later. Too aggressive for a simple parking spot. Would never recommend this place find another credit union that has customer service as their priority.
