Dealing with the parts department is the worst. Preston in parts needs to be fired. I was told to beware of humberview. But I have it a chance anyway. I was let down. Asking for parts was told it’s discontinued and there is nothing we can do. I asked about aftermarket options ? Anything to help? I was told “ we don’t deal with aftermarket and to call the service department to talk to them” the absolute worst dealership. Stay away.

Picked up my new truck late June this year.I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Adam looked after every detail for us throughout the purchase process including picking us at train station.I definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Adam V at this dealership.SD

Parts department is more concerned with ripping off customers than helping them out. Call up any other GMC dealer and compare pricing and customer service for yourself.

We had an unfortunate event happened to our truck where the cat converter got stolen. But Humberview trucks held our back and got us an aftermarket part for half price. Happy to say we have been and will continue to be a return customer. Thanks for all the help!

Approximately, three years ago I purchase a new 2018 NRR Isuzu truck with lift. Since then I purchase a 211 Audi R8, and then second new 2019 Isuzu truck with lift, it cost me a little over $350,000 for all three.The purchase of these vehicles was not the problem, it was the company.Through my review, I discovered that since my very first service I received appalling treatment. The service was not standards of customer service further to treat appalling demeanour because I would not do a service which was recommended and wasn't a safety issue. The recommended service cost $2,800, which was not covered by warranty and for that they void my warranty.This company service department is not reputable, professional and not to customer service standards. This also maybe a reflection of why they are not recommend by car enthusiasts and customers in general.Jorge MeloWassaga Disposal Inc.

My shop is in New Brunswick and we have a hard time getting Isuzu parts, until now.I was in a jam with a good but tough customer I needed a miracle and I found it when Preston answered the phone. Preston had the parts and had them shipped overnight for a great price. Thank you.

This is the second truck we are purchasing and Adam was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Any hiccups (not their fault), were dealt with promptly. The service here is better than most truck dealerships I've dealt with.
