We have had exceptional customer service from both Khalid and Raman over the years, and highly recommend this place to everyone. We are extremely happy with everything purchased there (Virta vanities, Toto toilets, Riobel faucets) and with unbeatable pricing. With the most recent purchases, Raman made sure we had the products delivered in good timing. She is a great communicator. Very professional, patient, and always there to help. Just excellent!”

“Currently renovating a couple washrooms at home, so I’ve been searching for a place to purchase a couple vanities. I went to a few places and Sapphire not only had the best deals, but the quality is top notch. There’s a lot of different vanities that range in price, so you have a lot of options. If you’re looking, I would definitely check this place out because I’m going to be purchasing a few items from here once I’m ready. Will update the review when the vanities are purchased and installed.”

These people have no problem looking after contractors and the average consumer. Well stocked store. Damn good lumber yard. You can order all kinds of custom tiles, fixtures and flooring. They have moved all of the business to the Morrow Street location. Pricing is fair and competitive. You want it, they got it.”

“Went there today for light bulbs. The door hadn't even closed behind me and a gentleman greeted me and asked me how he could help. He took me to the light bulbs and advised me on the best ones. I love this store for the personal care they give!”
“The main guy over here is very nice. Overall the store has a lot of useful stuff. I don’t know why they have bad reviews. He is knowledgable and helpful. We got a chainsaw and some other stuff too. He even offered discount which is always welcome. It’s not as big as a home depot but I wanted a STIHL and they had one in stock so worked out for the best. Haven’t tried the product yet but store experience was nice.”

“I go to this store for house needs all the time. Last Sunday I showed up there for some plumbing supply need at store open. First of all the manager was very helpful in calling the person who could help me and so was the attendant. Not only he guided me to the right product but also suggested right product to me. Stupid me didn’t take down their names. It was at 7am Sunday aug 18 and I want to write this review as people are quick to post negative things but do not appreciate positive help (in writing ). Whenever I go to store next time I will update their names but thanks for all the help.”
“Purchase a 42” vanity that was a little hard to find. It was for a spare room so I didn’t want to spend too much on it. Most of the stuff I found at big box stores was cheaply made and was still pretty expensive. Found one at the Reno-shop that claimed to be solid wood panels with plywood. Called them and arranged for shipping (I live in a remote area) which was quite reasonable. When I got the unit I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was solid maple with birch plywood for the back and sides. It even came with soft close drawer slides. Even the drawer boxes are dovetailed. All for $500. I would recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a vanity.”

“The guy Mechanic in the Tool Rental department of Home Depot at Kipling and Bethridge his name is Fred, he is in my opinion one of the most knowledgeable and helpful employees I've had the experience of meeting. My weeder I bought was not working well. He took the time to look at it and advise me best on it. And renting my cultivator was a breeze. Thanks to Fred and the other guys there I am on my way to grow a successful garden this year!!!!”
