The bigger reason for this 5 star review is that for one reason or another, their shipping partner didn't fulfill the room of choice delivery option selected at checkout. I contacted monte design immediately and they provided a full refund of the room of choice delivery fee, I didn't need to fill any forms, I didn't need to fight, and the refund was processed the next business day.”
