Each time I call H20 Bath and Plumbing, the sales staff (Henry and Fiona) and Rob (in the parts department) have provided me with excellent service. They ask me about the style I’m trying to achieve, and suggest a variety of good quality products. They are not pushy and give as much time as you need to make a decision. I appreciate their expertise and feel that I can count on them for sound, unbiased advice.

I needed a very rare shower diverter, that I couldn't find in any big name store . With old part in hand!, I took a chance and drove to H2O from Caledon..Great Decision! ...Rob(Parts), took the time to dig through his old stash and found me his last Dinosaur Diverter in stock .Excellent experience!

I recently purchased a Blanco Silgranit sink and Caroma Caravelle Lever Toilet from Fiona at H2O. When we received the toilet the box had a different name than mine on the box and when my plumber came to install it he noticed that a part was missing and in his estimation it was a returned toilet. The Siligranit black sink was delivered directly to my countertop installer as his place was directly across the street. When he came to install he notified me that there were several scratches on the black sink and that he had photographed them. Several emails and telephone calls to Fiona resulted in nothing but stonewalling. She told us that she was astonished and that such a thing never happens at H2O. There was no apology....only excuses stonewalling. We have recently contacted a salesperson at Blanco to handle the problem——they were not impressed as to how the complaint was dealt with. There are so many other bath and kitchen suppliers in Toronto——don’t waste your time with these people!

Worst service I have ever received. I purchased a bathtub, then a glass bath shield. I was sent the wrong sided bath shield. When I called H2O, they informed me that I had to deal with Mirolin directly. I had a terrible experience with Mirolin as well. They seemed only to want to connect by e-mail, wanted pictures sent to prove it was the wrong side, suggested that the glass was cracked from the pictures (it was not!) and gave me a really hard time. After they finally approved the return, I contacted H2O about my refund. Each claimed it was the other's fault for sending me the wrong door. After a week of trying to sort this out, I then had to wait another 3 days to receive "approval from H20" for a refund. I had to chase them down for an answer and after significant time, inconvience and $150 fee that I had to pay for my installer to come (then couldn't install as it was the wrong door side), H2O refused to even offer the courtesy of picking up the door. NOBODY APOLOGIZED for any of it. It was not my fault but I paid the price in every way. The reason why people may deal with small companies it that you hope they know their business well and have outstanding customer service. They had neither. Will never do business with them again and caution anyone else as well.
