It is one of the biggest I've ever been to, with a lot of equipment (always enough for everyone), well organized, super friendly and helpful staff, great members, and the owners Jonathan and Sandra are always trying to make the experience at their gym better for their members.

“Spring 2024 Update. Torque Barbell is a really great gym in Etobicoke with a huge range of equipment, machines and weights. Upgraded renos almost completed and worth a visit.
I am now well into my second 10 pack of personal training with Jen. Unbelievably knowledgeable and while watching my every move like a hawk, Jen corrects me on the spot if I'm lacking form or need a little tweaking. Outstanding trainer!!!! Great, friendly staff and fellow members. This gym is just great. Love the tires, TRX, battle ropes, sled and my personal stress busting fave, the heavy bag.”

“Awesome CrossFit Gym!

I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for approx. 6 months now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The coaches are super knowledgeable and always take the time to make sure you’re doing things the right way,

The people here are great too—there’s a real sense of community, and it feels like everyone is rooting for each other, which makes the workouts way more fun. The gym is always clean, and they’ve got all the equipment you could need for a solid workout. Plus, the classes are never the same, so it keeps things interesting and challenging.

If you’re looking for a place to get stronger and meet some awesome people, this is definitely it!”

“Absolutely one of the best gyms I have ever trained at! It’s so welcoming, the people are all very friendly, the gym is so well rounded, spacious & has everything you need! Starting with the sauna inside the change rooms, the weight training area for after your classes, a huge clean matt for our BJJ, Wrestling, MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing rings & bags. Im sure there is even more I haven’t had the chance to explore yet. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted, felt extremely taken care of and was given a full walk around the gym with the manager. After the first day training I knew I would be a regular here. I’m so happy I found such a solid gym in Toronto 10 mins away from my place. I’ve trained in a few different Dojos across the cities and this is definitely my top favourite. Come check it out for yourself! Thanks for the hospitality team Xtreme!”

“Was recommended by 2 friends to try out this place. The gym is right off the 401 before hwy 27. It has amazing hours to fit anyones schedule. The place is large enough to have a great workout. The machines look well maintained. Bathrooms are well maintained. Friendly environment. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a gym to achieve your goals at your own hours.”

“Best gym I have ever had a membership in. I have been working out there for almost a year now, absolutely love it. Great staff members, shoutout to Chris and Josh for helping everyone who walks through the front door. Always clean and cool inside, works 24/7. Everyone is welcoming and very nice! “One of my main GoodLife locations that I workout at. Great location, up to date equipment, spacious, good vibe, staff are friendly, and all around a good place to workout. The only downside is the parking is only for 2 hours and it's sometimes time crunching, as well as it's always busy.”
