I recently signed up for Goodlife Fitness, and I have to give a shout-out to Jose who helped me out. He was super friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend seeking him out if you need any help :)

The pool has been closed for months and when asked they have no completion date. The showers are disgusting. And the towels have 0% absorbency.
If there is no improvement soon it may be time to find a new gym.

Not the best equipment, some pretty old and outdated ones from the 90s around the squat rack area, no swim shorts dryer available even though they have a pool. Shower flies (or whatever they are called) all around the showers and heavy mould in the ceiling. Lockers have a new look though however still only fits a small bag. They have a tanning room which is rarely used, maybe a recovery room makes more sense.

Jose was really helpful and provided us with the best customer service ever. jose helped us pick the best membership by providing us valuable information. Also, he was very nice and friendly which made our visit to goodlife better. Would recommend him for any gym related stuff :)

Good life is a great gym, with great staff and great facilities for a good price. I love using the sauna after a good workout! The gym has lots of equipment so even during busy hours it’s not too difficult to use the equipment you need for a good workout :)

The staff are great! The air-conditioning has not worked properly for a couple of years. It is so hot that a couple of people had medical issues. They make the gym staff lie to the members about it. This place will get sued, it's only a matter of time. At least add more fans.

I joined GoodLife only to visit the pool at this location, and I’ve been quite happy with the pool when it was open. Which, unfortunately, only lasted 2 months before it got shut down 6-7 weeks ago. I showed up several times and got turned away due to the closedown. Every time I call (once a week), I get told they are unsure when it will be back up. If I was initially told that the pool will be closed for almost 2 months, I would have frozen my membership. Unfortunately, there is likely a reason they didn’t tell their clients this, because this way they get to collect 2 months worth of fees while customers don’t actually use their facilities. And it’s still closed.
The workers at this location seem nice, but the customer service chat is atrocious. I received no assistance while asking for a credit/refund for the closed pool. The rep was indifferent and had zero courtesy. And just like that, $125 to $155 of my money is gone.
If you have another gym to visit, please switch. I don't recommend Goodlife Fitness.

The air conditioning system at Goodlife Fitness appears to be malfunctioning, resulting in an uncomfortable environment for members. Despite charging a premium membership fee, the facility is failing to provide basic comfort and amenities. I recommend considering alternative fitness centers that prioritize member comfort and provide essential services. And writing to Goodlife won't work, all they say is they will look into it but they dont care
