Cheaply made, horrible customer service!!!Edited to add:The mattress is only 3 years old and has had several pieces of metal come out of both sides, scratching our legs, sometimes to the point of bleeding.The company will only offer a repair of the mattress and I must bring it to the factory which is 4 hours away!!
