I've ordered 2 items online in the last month with no issue. I love their clothing. The only thing is the exchange rate can make the cost a little high.

Love this store. Unfortunate they you can no longer call your orders in and have them delivered which is why I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5. Terrible to not have this
Option when there is only one store in Ontario or you must order from US website.

I love their clothes and I buy on line as I live a couple hours from Sherway.
Do they charge US dollars if you go to the store ?. Is there any way to avoid US $ and duties. ?

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA!!! I placed an order (I’ve ordered before) and it was never received (international orders tend to take longer so I was patient) … eventually I emailed them to say the order was never received and they’ve responded saying that because it’s been longer than 30 days they can’t do anything! They won’t even confirm if my order was shipped! They have a rule that states non-receipt item claims must he made within 30 days. Worse 100 bucks I’ve ever spent! BUYER BEWARE!

Felt really duped by these guys. By the time my $128 shirt arrived, I was charged almost $250! Unbeknownst to me, it was in US dollars with a hefty broker fee! Love their clothes but I won't be ordering again!

This was my first time at an actual Free People store, and I was so happy with the excellent service I got from Evan! She immediately greeted me at the door and when I told her I was brand new to the store (but not the clothes) she immediately gave me a tour and helped build a change room of possibilities! I ended up buying a pair of pants and order a few items thanks to her! She made me love the brand even more! Thanks so much again Evan!!

Awful selection here and ordering online is such a hassle. I love free people clothing, so it’s unfortunate. Plus, no one ever greets you at this store. Is it in the policy not to ask customers if they need assistance?

I love that many pieces are unique in style. I love their active wear. I think the prices are fair. I would add: need to have more stock per item.

Do not buy from free people. It's free money for them . I've not gotten my order and they told me it was delivered twice just to wait another 5 to 15 days for a re shipping. I'll never see the mo ey back or the product. DONT BUY FROM FREE PEOPLE

Good quality boho style clothings that I adore but the prices need to be revisited or revised. I don’t mind paying for one of a kind clothings but when it’s out of season there should be a sale.
