Fortinos Etobicoke Queens Plate is an amazing grocery store with a great selection. It offers great handmade sandwiches, a hot bar, Toscana soup, and a lot of other stuff, though some food is on the pricey side. The store is clean and has variety. Many customers are more than satisfied, calling it their grocer of choice. However, service is inconsistent across departments. While some staff are friendly, helpful, and amazing, service is often lacking at the deli, Wing counter, Soup counter, Carvery and Bakery, where representatives are not very friendly. The in-store coffee shop is also criticized for serving watered-down coffee. Despite these flaws, the overall experience is positive for many.

I purchased my groceries today at the self check out department. Your team member Anna was very helpful. Each station was busy with customers and she made her way to everyone needing help.
