I went today to have food. I must say the staff is so slow and pathetic. I had to wait for nearly 1 hour for 1 item. And the taste was even worth for that.

Please don't eat at the attached restaurant. It's horrible. We visited the store for the first time and ordered a samosa and a bread pakora since we were hungry (due to long travel from our place). Shockingly, we noticed molds (threads) within the bread pakora. Most probably it could be due to use of expired breads or they precook, store, reheat and serve. Please don't eat there.

Yesterday on Christmas I went to the food section to get some food in the evening. Since the young girl taking order, she was packing something for another customer, So While waiting at the order counter to order, I observed 4 people were working inside the kitchen beside the order taking girl. One tall most senior guy with Beard was cooking something in the last end corner of the store and he looked the most senior to all others working there at that moment very tall height. Seems like he was cooking some kind of gravy or similar stuff. I couldn't figure out what exactly he was cooking as I was bit far to see what he was cooking. While I was waiting to order and observing him, seems he had finished cooking what he was doing, and to check the I guess SALT spices content in the thing he cooked, he put his bare finger of his hand into the big cooking pot directly and straight to his mouth licking it and then neither Washed his hands and contaminated everything what he might have touched after with his sweet saliva of his mouth. No gloves no professional cooking hygiene and method. I mean you wrote it's a flagship store of some dass company. Don't know about what and how big dass group is but flagship store means and is self explanatory. Right in front of the customers standing on the head the employee is doing. Every chef tastes the SALT spices in food after cooking but how. Spoon made of steel and clean spoon correct not the spoon of finger. The same finger might have picked up the nose or scratched the head hair beard hair. This review is not to tarnish the image of the flagship store as you people proudly wrote on your flyers. I have been to this store frequently since I live close by. I buy groceries and stuff from this store. At least train your people to follow most generic standard hygiene practices. Thanks

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The girl on the counter was rude and dismissive, offering no solutions or even a genuine apology for the inconvenience.I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

Mold in the food, chicken smelled bad the day it was bought.
Zero concern about food safety and public health, when confronted got kicked out of the store
Would not recommend going there if you care about your health

Very bad food service I order haff chicken piza haff veggies pizza with tandori panner cheese but they not add on cheese very shame for you guys your not complete order properly never visited again and they never pick up call

yesterday i went in food world inside there is food court we have to wait there like 1.5 hour for our food and our wait isn’t worth it i got got sick after eating that food and in grocery side please check expire date before you buy it .. so disappointed ☹️
