Absolute trash service! Nobody ever answers phones I've legitimately tried calling several times for over 1mth now..finally had it and had to leave a review..been there before and ppl don't seem to want to work, what a joke of a joke of an establishment!

We went to get a new plan over the black Friday weekend. Alex was great help and went the extra mile to deal with our old provider. He was very patient and got everything done for us. All other staff was nice as well.

2023- COVID IS OVER! What is the necessity of keeping people waiting outside and show our face on the cámara before they even let us in!!!!!! Not even in the bank where they WORK WITH MONEY we have to do that type of thing to get in. I believe that with the cámaras this place have inside is enough to see people face if that is what this company want ?

I have been Fido costumer for over 15 yearsI have ordered a new phone ,paid a downpayment on it, received an email stating order will be delivered 2-5 business days, didn’t receive it in 7 days so i called and cancelled, never got email confirmation of cancellation, never got money returned to me eitherCalled today spoke to 5 different people, third one just dropped the call on me ( if you can’t do your job properly, go do something else) the fifth lady was professional and handled everythingFido took deposit for a phone than once I canceled the order, rep said they will refund the money, which they didn’t and just put money on my fido account than took bill payment without my authorization.This is how you treat your loyal customers?Fido used to be honest company and now turned into scammers? Or is it your employees that don’t know what they are doing?

Frustrating experience. I would have rated 0 if it was possible. The staff provides incorrect information and does not even care about misleading you. I called and asked specific questions about returning fido modem. The guy asked me to come to store. When I reached the store, the staff asked me to go to Canada post and mail the modem.. They could have told this to me on phone when I asked specifically about returning the modem instead of calling me to the store. They did not apologize for providing the wrong information.

Had a great experience with James! I was an extremely frustrated customer and went to this location after a bad experience via call centre. He listened to my concerns, was empathetic and efficient. His attention to detail like telling us where the post office was, that it was on the second floor, and even printing our delivery slip + personal putting it on our modem package was extremely thoughtful & appreciated. James actually understands the value of good customer service which is hard to come by!!

Nothing to do with this store in particular. I'm frustrated with FIDO for ripping me off for my home internet bill. I requested for cancellation and they never cancelled. never used their service since Jan end. Switched provider. They still didn't cancel my plan and harassing me with the collection. And don't want to retrospect the cancellation payment either. Such a useless company

Absolutely incompetent stuff. I am not sure why store manager allow that kind of behaviour of his employees. I had an issue with a phone I’ve received from fido went to the store to get information how to change it and the feedback was “ it’s not my problem call fido” well okay, bye fido, never again.
