My experience at Factory Tire has always been great. I Have gotten all my tires from here for all my trucks. Jenn was very helpful with helping me choose my tires for my Truck. Jenn took the time to go through my options of tires. Definitely will continue to get my tires from Factory Tire. Next some winters for my truck. Also Jenn book me in at 8am and the guys had my truck down in 30min.

Just wanted to share my experience with the amazing guys at Factory Tire. I rolled in on a Saturday afternoon with a strange request; I was in desperate need of a trailer jack removal. They sent out Troy who was able to remove and reinstall the new one within a matter of a few minutes. He was super helpful, friendly and gave me a few tips to keep things maintained better down the road. I really appreciate Troy and the crew here, and they made a lifetime customer. Thanks

Listen , I pulled up on a Saturday of the Victoria Day long weekend. My tires were worn and weren’t holding air so I needed two front tires. But the place closed at 4:30pm. It’s like 6 pm. And I’m in the parking like cussing what do I do now. Tyler comes to the door to say they closed and I quickly explained why I was there. Doesn’t this guy take me in to get these two tires done asap. His reasoning was, nothing was gonna be open till Tuesday and he hoped someone would hook him up the same way he’s about to hook me up. So they got me in….. Birdie, Bernie ? ( my bad bro I’m bad with names ) got it done in 15-20 minutes and out the door. I gotta say this stuff doesn’t happen. So now I’m all lined up for the long weekend no worries. Big shout out to you guys for this gesture. That’s good karma and you got my continued business. Appreciate you guys greatly.

My experience at Factory Tire was amazing. My tires was installed in a timely manner. The staff that installed my tires were pleasant. The best part of my experience was my interaction with Jen who I talked with to begin the ordering process for my tires and rims. She was really pleasant to talk to. She helped me to choose my rims even when the original ones were not in stalk; there were other options to choose from. She is what you define as excellent customer service. She made my buying experience very pleasurable! I would highly recommend this place if you need new tires!

I got a nail in my tire today and we went to Factory Tire in Etobicoke. They fixed my tire yes I had to wait but I know it's the busy season for them service was amazing there are snake you can buy and there is some good free coffee and my son got a hot wheel too.
Thank you for saving my day.
